By accessing or using Storage Manager, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Storage Manager is a software tool/panel intended for operational workflows that the user configures and runs. The Service does not constitute an offer of audiovisual content, third-party catalog hosting as a product of Storage Manager, or distribution of works on behalf of Storage Manager.

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and the confidentiality of credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Use of the panel is entirely your responsibility, including compliance with applicable laws, respect for third-party rights, copyright and related rights, and the terms of sources or integrations you configure.

Storage Manager does not control the sources you configure. The legality of what you import, sync, or organize is your sole responsibility.

You may not use the Service to violate the law or third-party rights; reproduce, distribute, or make works available without proper ownership or authorization; engage in piracy or facilitate irregular access to protected content; compromise system security; send malware; or use the Service abusively.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of serious or repeated violation, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

Storage Manager does not provide, license, host, or distribute audiovisual or other copyright-protected content as part of the product. We reject piracy and any use that infringes the law or third-party rights.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is, without guarantee of specific results or uninterrupted operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or mandatory legal provisions.

Trademarks, code, interface, and documentation of the Service are protected. Copying, modification, or unauthorized use is prohibited except within legal limits.

Personal data processing follows the Privacy Policy published on this site.

We may change these Terms. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance, as applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any competent forum shall observe the legal rules applicable to the relationship.
